Zathura

En la clase de literatura la profesora nos propuso elegir una película o tema musical que tenga que ver con un viaje espacial, lo teníamos que elegir a partir de diferentes relatos que estuvimos leyendo atravez de las diferentes clases donde íbamos adquiriendo distintos conocimientos de como relatar o escribir una historia. Yo elegí el tráiler de Zathura que se trata de un juego que los lleva al espacio y hasta el final del juego no van a volver a su ciudad. Pasan por muchos riesgos y complicaciones, se enfrentan a extraterrestres feroces y son visitados por un extraño astronauta que logra alcanzar a la casa.

El viaje en la película no se muestra, sino que al empezar el juego y abrir la puerta de la casa, ella ya estaba en el espacio, los chicos al ver esto se sorprendieron ampliamente. Por lo sucedido podemos ver que un viejo inesperado y sin ninguna aceptación de los chicos. O también lo podemos tomar como un viaje de vuelta a casa con muchos obstáculos y peligros.

Esta historia nos puede mostrar que para que todo salga bien tiene que estar finalizado, es decir que las cosas hay que hacerlas una vez sola y no dejarlas para después porque nos pueden traer grandes problemas. También es un claro ejemplo de la unidad de estos tres hermanos que al empezar la película no era de esa manera, al trabajar juntos y en equipo pudieron salvar sus vidas del inmenso espacio y formar una buena relación. Entonces esta película nos deja como enseñanza que el trabajo duro se resuelven de la manera mas veloz y con ayuda de los demás porque cosas malas pueden pasar, como por ejemplo viajar al espacio y que tu vida corra riesgos.

The Clod and the Pebble

“The Clod and the Pebble” is a poem written by William Blake that talks about two different materials that represent two types of love. The Clod that is formed by clay represents the love to the others and the Pebble, a small stone, the selfish part of love.

The Pebble in the poem tries to transmit that he does not care about the others, he enjoys making impossible the life to the others, “And builds a Hell in Heaven’s despite”. He makes this for his joy, he does not care what happen to the others, he only cares about himself. The Clod does not care about himself, I understand that it has not sense to take care about himself, “Nor for itself hath any care”. The clod aim is concern on the others.

In the poem there are different types of literary devices, the anaphora “And builds a Heaven in Hell’s despair” and “And builds a Hell in Heaven’s despite”, auditory image “So sung a little Clod of Clay” and visual image “…Pebble of the brook”.

In conclusion I think that this poem explains very well how the two types of love are represented in two different materials, that it is really interesting. If I have to choose between to be a Clod or a Pebble, I would prefer to be a Clod because I think that others are more important than oneself.  If you give more you will receive the double.

They where known in a hospital,

they are dentists.

My father get in love first.

My mother married with the incorrect man first,

my father wait.

Over tow years,

my mother separated for the incorrect man.

She get in love whith my father,

and they marrie.

They steal been dentist.

And now they are a family,

three child they have.

They steal been in love,

and they will continuous beeing in love.
