¿Que es lo inventamos?

En este trabajo fue muy divertido pero trabajador porque teníamos que pensar e inventar en algo que no sea real para dibujarlo y pintarlo con colores de la escala. Yo para el trabajo elegí el color verde y después teníamos que pintar también con los colores secundarios de su alrededor y su contrario.

Representando con lo abstracto

En este trabajo tuvimos en cuenta una palabra para realizarlo, en mi caso la palabra era ''ENERGIA''. Teníamos que representar la palabra desde lo abstracto, sin representar ninguna imagen. Para mi este trabajo era muy difícil porque no se te venia nada a la cabeza para representarlo o pintarlo.

An essay on “The Strange Case of Dr.Jekyll an Mr.Hyde”

The novel “The Strange Case of Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde” was written by Robert Louis Stevenson, is about a scientist that created a potion that took out the bad part of the soul, the scientist was called Dr.Jekyll and the bad part was called Mr.Hyde. Mr.Hyde did a lot of bad things such as, he trumpled a girl and killed Mr.Carew. Finally Dr.Jekyll killed himself because if he did that he would kill Mr.Hyde. This essay would talk about the main themes of the story, violence, duality human nature and the importance of reputation.

We consider violence as a theme, from the point of view of the guilty and the innocent. The guilty was Mr.Hyde because he killed all the people, such us Mr.Carew, and the innocent was Dr. Jekyll because he did not do anything. Another point of view may be that Dr. Jekyll was the guilty, because he created the potion and without that potion nothing would happen. Although Mr. Hyde killed a lot of people, he had not done that on purpose, Hyde could have an evil personality but he could not kill anyone, so under this point of view Hyde would be the innocent. “It was Hyde,after all, and Hyde alone, that was guilty. Jeckyll was no worse, he woke again to his good qualities seemingly unimpaired;he would even make haste, where it was possible, to undo the evil done by Hyde.”

Another theme was the Duality of Human nature, it was about the personality of Mr.Hyde that was like an animal but with some changes. Mr.Hyde was an animal because he was hairy, He did not talk well, was violent and he walked as an animal, a situation in the story that justify this description is when Eafield told Utterson about the story of the girl trampled. The thing that separated an animal from Mr. Hyde was that he killed for pleasure because he was bad and crazy. He killed Mr. Carew and heart a girl. “I can´t see what harm it would do… There is something wrong with his appearance, something displeasing, and something downright detestable”  

The importance of reputation was an important theme in this story because Mr. Utterson suspected that Dr. Jeckyll was Mr. Hyde, but if he said that he was, all the people would told him that it would be very late because Mr. Hyde had killed and heart a lot of people, such us a girl and Mr.Carew, and if he did not say anything then all the people would know that Utterson knew about Hyde, so he would lose his reputation, also anyone would not choose Utterson to be his lawyer, although he was a very good one. “I am ashamed of my long tongue. Let us a bargain never to refer to this again.”

In conclusion, this story is full of interesting themes but the most important are those that this essay talks about: the violence, the duality of human nature and the importance of reputation. Another point to analyze deeply is how the soul of a person can change under differents circumstances and how weak can be a human being, carrying to do terrible things. For me there are topics that touch themes of the present life so it is a very good and interesting story to read and analyze.       

The croods

This fascinating film was directed by Krik Demicco. The story takes place in prehistoric times in a desert and also in a very nice place with lots of vegetation and animals.

The movie is about a family that tries to survive because the end of the world is coming. In order to survive, the family has to go to a safe place situated behind a mountain; if not they will all die. After that, an inventor appears and helps them to get there.

The family is big. The members of the family are the mother, the father, their daughter, their son and the granny. The granny hates the father because she thinks he is stupid.

 All of them are very strong and hairy, they are very fast and they work together as a team to get their food.

I really recommend it to you! It is a very nice film, but this is not the only reason why you should watch it. You will learn a lot too! 

RUN AND HELP

The weather was nice. It was a sunny day at the polideportivo de la plata, where a nice running competition was about to start. People of all ages were allowed to run. People who wanted to do it had to run 7 km.

Everyone who wanted to do it and help the poor were allowed to do it. The only thing they had to do was pay $10 to be given a t-shirt.  The money was donated to a poor school, in which children did not have enough money to eat and buy clothes.

The prize was a one-month trip to Orlando, and the winner had a year to choose the date to use it. The race took place on September, 7^th. It was very well organized. There was a café and a picnic area near a parking place.

This is a race for all the people who like running. You also have the opportunity to win a prize and help poor people. I think all people should participate and run to help people in need.

The last night

It was my birthday, that night I was 10 years old, my father was taking pictures with a big smile on his face, speaking and laughing with my cousins and my uncles. My dad was the best, all the days he played with me a penalty football match or a play station football match. I always wanted to use River because it was my favourite team and Boca was his favourite. My father told me that I would be taller than him because on school everybody said to me that I was smaller, I always cried because of that and my father always consoled me. I asked my mom why they never fought and she told me that he was perfect and he always would be. I asked also my stepsister, from part of my mom, what she thought about him, she told me that he was a stupid person, that he had ruined her life and he was an unhappy person. I said that she was a stupid person because I could not understand why she said that. At the end of the day she killed herself, I did not understand why she did that. Well the point is my dad, I still thouking about him, I can not stop, I dream also with him. All his friends of his childhood said that he was so similar to me that they thought that he was still here. He was 45 years old, the hair was dark and with some curles, his hands were very big and he saw you with his big blue eyes. My grandfather told me that when he was a child he always thought to do a family, with a nice girl like his neighbour, Katie, with the aim to play football well, then he met your mother that had your stepsister, that killed herself, and they had you. My uncle told me that he was the best brother, that he was like his best friend. But the night of my birthday he was the best, very funny, and friendly. I love him. But the last day I saw him, was the night of my birthday, I woke up in the morning and I saw him going out with a bag on his back, I asked him:

“Where are you going?”

“To work”, he answered me

“But today is Saturday”, I said

“Yes I know”, he said.

 I returned to sleep and before he opened the door he told me, “Never see back, always go ahead in life”. And that was the last day I ever saw him.

El escudo

El señorío posee este escudo que básicamente representa la valentía y el honor (gules (rojo)), y la esperanza y la fe (sinople (verde)). Eso es porque sus principales colores son los que llevan esas características.

La corona simboliza el poder del rey, en la Edad Media, la corona en un escudo significabadominación y señorío

Las espadas el ejército del señor feudal y en la Edad Media significaban la justicia y soberanía de su linaje

La cruz celta la representa a la religión (cristianismo), es celta porque el señorío se encuentra en Escocia, donde ese pueblo habitaba y su cultura predominaba. Esa cruz es una mezcla entre la cruz cristiana y un antiguo símbolo celta, proveniente de una leyenda. La Historia de la Cruz Celta se remonta a mas de 2000 años antes de Cristo, cuando a Bran "El Bendito" se le representaba como el Sol. Un círculo en medio del cual se dibujaba una equis. Este dios pagano que sacrifico su vida para salvar a la Celtia, fue quien empezo a dar forma a la cruz celta.

El león es por la valentía de los soldados y los señores feudales y el bastón del león representa el mando militar de los éstos. En la Edad Media, si el león era rojo, significaba que el caballero que llevaba el escudo tenía un espíritu generosamente guerrero. Si el león tenía un bastón, significaba el mando militar de este. Ese animal era símbolo de vigilancia, autoridad, dominio, monarquía, magnanimidad, majestad y bravura

Los colores representan:  

Gules: color rojo. Las características heráldicas que le corresponden son: fortaleza, alteza, ardid, valor, honor, osadía y victoria, con la obligación al servicio y protección de las Armas ante su Soberano y Patria, o Principe y a socorrer a los que se ven oprimidos por la justicia.

Oro: simboliza la nobleza, el esplendor, la prosperidad, sabiduría, magnanimidad, constancia, riqueza, poder y luz. Debían ser los primeros en defender y portar las virtudes caballerescas, amparar a los necesitados y defender al Soberano, peleando por ellos hasta derramar su última gota de sangre.

Plata: Las familias a las que se les concedía el privilegio de llevar este metal en sus escudos se distinguían por su integridad, su obediencia, firmeza, vigilancia, elocuencia, vencimiento y gratitud. En los restantes nobles, es plata.

Azur: color azul. Simboliza a Venus, el aire, y las cualidades de justicia, obediencia, lealtad, piedad y prudencia, con la obligación al servicio y protección de la Agricultura ante su Soberano y Patria.

Sinople: color verde. Simboliza la esperanza, la fe, amistad, servicio y respeto. Es símbolo de grandeza, elevación, asilo y salvaguardia, con la obligación al servicio y protección del Comercio ante su Soberano y Patria.

DR. JEKYL`S LETTERS

We do two letters, one of the previews day of the day when he drank the potion. We have tu put the things that we think that he think explaning what he think about the potion. And the other one of the next day that he drank the potion, it was the day next of the day that he finish the potion.

LONDON 7 AUGUST 1889

TODAY IS A VERY LONG DAY, I AM FINISHING MY POTION, THAT HAS A LOT OF INGREDIENTS, LIKE, WATER, SAND, INSECTS AND SOME THAT ARE SECRET THAT ONLY AND OLY ME KNOW AND I WILL REMEMBER FOR ALL MY LIFE. I WAS VERY SCARED OF THIS BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT WAS AWESOME. ALL THE TIME I THINK ABOUT FINISHING THE POTION, BUT NOW I AM VERY NEAR TO FINISH IT.

WHEN I FINISHED IT I WAS VERY HAPPY TOI DRINK IT BUT I WAS VERY TIRED IT WAS 3 O`CLOCK A.M. , SO I STARTEDTO SEPARATE THE INGREDENNTS AND PUT THEM IN OTHER PLACES.

IT WAS 4 O`CLOCK A.M. AND I COULDN`T STOP THINKING ABOUT THE POTION, IT IS LIKE AN ADDICTION, I COULDN`T SLEEP.

I WENT DOWN BAGAIN AND I MADE THE POTION AGAIN, FIRST I THOUGHT IF IT IS WELL BECAUSE IT IS A WOIRK OF MANY YEARS SO I STARTED TO MADE TWENTY POTIONS MORE. I AM VERY HAPPY OFFINISHING MY WORK. SO I DRANK ONE.

   

LONDON 8 AUGUST 1889

I DRANK IT, IT WAS TERRIBLE, I KILLED MORE THANM FIVE PEOPLE, MY APPEARANCE WAS TERRIBLE, I WAS UGLY, BIG TEETH AND HANDS, I WAS SMALLER, MY HAIR TURNED DIRTY AND I WAS WEARING DIRTY CLOTHES. WHEN I TURNED IN MY GOOD PART OF MY SOUYL, MYHANDS WERE COUVERED WITH BLOOD, I COULD NOT CONTROL IT.

WHEN POOLE SAW ME, HE STARTED TO CALL THE POLCE, BUT I TOLD HIM THAT A POTION THAT I WAS DOING FELT AND COVERED MY HANDS. THIS IS TERRIBLE, I COULD NOT TELL ANYTHING OF THIS PROBLEM THAT I HAVE. BUT I WILL DRINK IT TO SEE IF I CONTROL IT. BUT ALSO, IT IS AN ADDICTION BECAUSE I AM THINKING ALL THE TIME ON THAT, SO IWILL TRY TO CONTROL ME AND NOT TO DRINK SO MUCH.

THIS FOR ME IS LIKE MANY YEARS OF WORK THROW TO THE DUSBIN BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO KILL ANY GUY, ONLY TO SEPARATE THE PERSONALITYS(BETWEEN GOOD AND BAD).

En el día viernes 16/5 estuvimos en el Macba y nos explicaron todas las obras que podríamos ver. La semana siguiente, el lunes, fuimos a informática y buscamos 4 obras del mismo artista, las que fueron más interesantes.tuvimos qué hacer un poema describiéndolas . Finalmente nos teníamos que grabar y después subirlo a nuestro blog.

The Cautelous

In drama I created my oun character. It is called "The Cautelous". Iwrote a monologue to give him a voice. This is me playing the role.

MY NAME IS” THE CAUTELOUS”, I AM 20 YEARS OLD. I WILL TELL ABOUT MY METAMORPHOSIS.SOME TIME AGO  I  LIVED  WITH  MY PARENTS  IN  A POOR  HOUSE, MY MOTHER WAS A  HOUSEWIFE  AND  MY  FATHER WORKED IN  A FACTORY.

ONE DAY THE FACTORY CLOSED , SO MY  FATHER  LOST  HIS  WORK  AND  MY  MOTHER  GOT  ILL .  I FELT VERY  SAD  SO  I  WENT  FOR  A WALK, I MET  AN  OLD  LADY THAT  ASKED  ME WHAT  HAPPENED  AND SHE  TOLD  ME  HOW TO  GET  THE  SOLUTION  OF  MY  PROBLEM.SHE  SENT  ME  TO A  STRANGE  PLACE  WHERE I  WOULD  FIND  A   RIVER,  THERE  I  HAD  TO  DRINK  THE RIVERS`S  WATER  AND THE SOLUTION WOULD COME TO MY MIND.WHEN I WAS GOING TO DRINK THE WATER A  VAGABOND   APPEARED   AND  ADVICED  ME THAT  THE RIVER  WAS  MAGIC  AND THE  ONE WHO DID NOT BELIVE  IN  IT,  BAD  THINGS WOULD HAPPEN   TO HIM. I  WAS AFRAID  OF  THAT  SO I  THREW AWAY  THE  WATER  AND IN  THAT  MOMENT  A STRANGE  SENTATION   CROSSED  MY  HEART , MY  BRAIN  AND  ALL  MY BODY.

PHISICALLY   I BECOME  SMALLER ,  MY BONES  AND SKIN  ARE REDUCED ,  ALSO  MY HANDS  AND  FEETS.  MY EARS GREW  BIGGER  , I  LOST ONE  TOOTH , MY VOICE  SOUND  SHRANK. ILOOK LIKE  IS  LIKE  AN  UGLY  AND  DIRTY  ELF.  ALSO I  CHANGED   MY  PERSONALITY , NOW  I  HAVE  BAD  TEMERED AND I SEEM NOT  TO HAVE  FEELINGS . BUT THAT  IS NOT  THE WORSE  PART, I STEAL WITHOUT  CONTROL, I CAN NOT AVOID IT, IT IS LIKE AN ADDICTION. I CHEAT THE POLICE WHEN I DO IT BUT THEN IS  DIFFICULT  FOR  ME TO FIND A HIDING  PLACE   BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO HELP ME.

BUT  I DO NOT REALLY WANT TO BE LIKE THIS, IT IS HORRIBLE, I WANT  TO FIND THE OLD LADY TO HELP ME AGAIN AND TRY TO BECOME THE GOOD PERSON THAT I WAS.

Description of a place

Parìs is a very nice place and big. It is the capital of France. It has 12 millon of inhabitants, there is rainfall throughout the year. You can visit the Eiffel Tower. It is a very visited place and you have to get there by airplane.

The good points of this place are that it is a big place, you can also visit a lot of museums, shop in a lot of markets and shops of clothes, eat a lot of food of that nationality and see different cultures.

The bad points of Parìs are that a lot of people live there. If you want to do something outside, sometimes you can not do it because it is always raining.

In Parìs you can see a lot of different sports, you can also go to different museums. In that city there are a lot of types of festivals and you can visit differentt buildings like the Eiffel Tower.

In conclusion you can stay there for one month to see all the city. you can stay in a house or in a hotel but I recomend you to stay in a house because it is cheaper and more comfortable and do not rent a car; you can travel by metro.
