The croods

This fascinating film was directed by Krik Demicco. The story takes place in prehistoric times in a desert and also in a very nice place with lots of vegetation and animals.

The movie is about a family that tries to survive because the end of the world is coming. In order to survive, the family has to go to a safe place situated behind a mountain; if not they will all die. After that, an inventor appears and helps them to get there.

The family is big. The members of the family are the mother, the father, their daughter, their son and the granny. The granny hates the father because she thinks he is stupid.

 All of them are very strong and hairy, they are very fast and they work together as a team to get their food.

I really recommend it to you! It is a very nice film, but this is not the only reason why you should watch it. You will learn a lot too! 

RUN AND HELP

The weather was nice. It was a sunny day at the polideportivo de la plata, where a nice running competition was about to start. People of all ages were allowed to run. People who wanted to do it had to run 7 km.

Everyone who wanted to do it and help the poor were allowed to do it. The only thing they had to do was pay $10 to be given a t-shirt.  The money was donated to a poor school, in which children did not have enough money to eat and buy clothes.

The prize was a one-month trip to Orlando, and the winner had a year to choose the date to use it. The race took place on September, 7^th. It was very well organized. There was a café and a picnic area near a parking place.

This is a race for all the people who like running. You also have the opportunity to win a prize and help poor people. I think all people should participate and run to help people in need.

The last night

It was my birthday, that night I was 10 years old, my father was taking pictures with a big smile on his face, speaking and laughing with my cousins and my uncles. My dad was the best, all the days he played with me a penalty football match or a play station football match. I always wanted to use River because it was my favourite team and Boca was his favourite. My father told me that I would be taller than him because on school everybody said to me that I was smaller, I always cried because of that and my father always consoled me. I asked my mom why they never fought and she told me that he was perfect and he always would be. I asked also my stepsister, from part of my mom, what she thought about him, she told me that he was a stupid person, that he had ruined her life and he was an unhappy person. I said that she was a stupid person because I could not understand why she said that. At the end of the day she killed herself, I did not understand why she did that. Well the point is my dad, I still thouking about him, I can not stop, I dream also with him. All his friends of his childhood said that he was so similar to me that they thought that he was still here. He was 45 years old, the hair was dark and with some curles, his hands were very big and he saw you with his big blue eyes. My grandfather told me that when he was a child he always thought to do a family, with a nice girl like his neighbour, Katie, with the aim to play football well, then he met your mother that had your stepsister, that killed herself, and they had you. My uncle told me that he was the best brother, that he was like his best friend. But the night of my birthday he was the best, very funny, and friendly. I love him. But the last day I saw him, was the night of my birthday, I woke up in the morning and I saw him going out with a bag on his back, I asked him:

“Where are you going?”

“To work”, he answered me

“But today is Saturday”, I said

“Yes I know”, he said.

 I returned to sleep and before he opened the door he told me, “Never see back, always go ahead in life”. And that was the last day I ever saw him.

Este trabajo me costo mucho porque era difícil encontrar el valor de cada color adllasente, ademas la estrella judía era difícil de dibujarla.

El escudo

El señorío posee este escudo que básicamente representa la valentía y el honor (gules (rojo)), y la esperanza y la fe (sinople (verde)). Eso es porque sus principales colores son los que llevan esas características.

La corona simboliza el poder del rey, en la Edad Media, la corona en un escudo significabadominación y señorío

Las espadas el ejército del señor feudal y en la Edad Media significaban la justicia y soberanía de su linaje

La cruz celta la representa a la religión (cristianismo), es celta porque el señorío se encuentra en Escocia, donde ese pueblo habitaba y su cultura predominaba. Esa cruz es una mezcla entre la cruz cristiana y un antiguo símbolo celta, proveniente de una leyenda. La Historia de la Cruz Celta se remonta a mas de 2000 años antes de Cristo, cuando a Bran "El Bendito" se le representaba como el Sol. Un círculo en medio del cual se dibujaba una equis. Este dios pagano que sacrifico su vida para salvar a la Celtia, fue quien empezo a dar forma a la cruz celta.

El león es por la valentía de los soldados y los señores feudales y el bastón del león representa el mando militar de los éstos. En la Edad Media, si el león era rojo, significaba que el caballero que llevaba el escudo tenía un espíritu generosamente guerrero. Si el león tenía un bastón, significaba el mando militar de este. Ese animal era símbolo de vigilancia, autoridad, dominio, monarquía, magnanimidad, majestad y bravura

Los colores representan:  

Gules: color rojo. Las características heráldicas que le corresponden son: fortaleza, alteza, ardid, valor, honor, osadía y victoria, con la obligación al servicio y protección de las Armas ante su Soberano y Patria, o Principe y a socorrer a los que se ven oprimidos por la justicia.

Oro: simboliza la nobleza, el esplendor, la prosperidad, sabiduría, magnanimidad, constancia, riqueza, poder y luz. Debían ser los primeros en defender y portar las virtudes caballerescas, amparar a los necesitados y defender al Soberano, peleando por ellos hasta derramar su última gota de sangre.

Plata: Las familias a las que se les concedía el privilegio de llevar este metal en sus escudos se distinguían por su integridad, su obediencia, firmeza, vigilancia, elocuencia, vencimiento y gratitud. En los restantes nobles, es plata.

Azur: color azul. Simboliza a Venus, el aire, y las cualidades de justicia, obediencia, lealtad, piedad y prudencia, con la obligación al servicio y protección de la Agricultura ante su Soberano y Patria.

Sinople: color verde. Simboliza la esperanza, la fe, amistad, servicio y respeto. Es símbolo de grandeza, elevación, asilo y salvaguardia, con la obligación al servicio y protección del Comercio ante su Soberano y Patria.
